Refund policy

At Prepared Kids Canada, we stand behind the quality and safety of every item in our emergency kits. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

30-Day Replacement Policy (Single Defective Items)

If one (1) item in your kit is defective, damaged, or not functioning as intended, we will replace that individual item at no cost within 30 days of delivery.

  • No need to return the entire kit

  • Proof of purchase required

  • A photo of the defective item may be requested

  • Replacement ships free within Canada

Full Refund Policy (3 or More Defective Items)

If three (3) or more items in your kit arrive defective or non-functional, you are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a full refund:

  • Three or more items must be verifiably defective

  • The complete kit (including all items) must be returned

  • Refund is issued to the original payment method once the kit is received

  • Return shipping label will be provided

Non-Defective Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, non-defective kits cannot be returned once opened.

How to Start a Return or Replacement

Email us at info@reparedkids.ca with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the defective item(s)

We’ll take care of the rest.
